Back to reality - everyone will pass away...and when one does, just accept death and move on (according to whichever religion you believe in).

Why do humans generally want to live long..?

I hope we get to choose our own religion based on our own logic - when we have logic.

For atheists and freethinkers....perhaps they simply perish upon death?

No one knows - not even any God, because Gods have lifespans too.


Maybe it's best to be religion-less.
